The Engineers from Witham & Associates have extensive experience in plant and facilities operations.  It is this experience that sets us apart from the competition.  When the company started over 25 years ago, 90% of our clients were industrial.  During the early years we were involved with over 50 plant relocation's, consolidations and expansions providing complete engineering, design and project management skills for the benefit of our clients. 

We are involved in very diverse industrial experiences from chemical and chip plants to medical research, food processing, foundry
operations and metal fabrication to mention just a few. Because of our extensive experience in industry we we're asked to become involved in energy conservation projects by the New England Electric utility company's going back 20 year. As time has evolved we have expanded our knowledge in new technologies.We have been written up in national publications, been the subject of case studies and have received funding from the US Dept of Energy.

As industry began relocating out of the North East, we applied our experience and skills to Hospitals and Universities, while continuing to serve the remaining Industrial customer base.

We presently do more than half our work with Hospitals, Universities and other Institutions. Those projects range from renovation and replacement projects to new central utility
plants, with very significant operating savings.
